Hiring: Senior Analyst Insurance (Claims / Policy Servicing)

Location: Bangalore
Shift: Rotational (UK/US)
CTC: UPTO 11LAC – 25% hike on last ctc
Transport: Available within 22 km radius

Eligibility:

• Graduate (15 years of education mandatory)
• 3.5+ years of experience in:
  • End-to-end Claims Management (P&C / Motor / Liability / General Insurance)
    OR
  • Policy Servicing (Endorsements / Renewals / Operations)
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Immediate to 60 days notice period

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end claims lifecycle (investigation, documentation, resolution)
• Handle policy servicing activities including endorsements & renewals
• Communicate with insureds, insurers, brokers & onshore clients
• Analyze claims data and ensure accurate coverage & liability decisions
• Resolve customer queries and escalations efficiently
• Ensure adherence to insurance regulations & compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction
