- 1 years of experience in International voice/Project Management can apply
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational/night shifts
- Strong coordination & stakeholder management skills preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage client orders and project coordination activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and production teams
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Handle escalation management and workflow tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Support cross-functional teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure high quality and client satisfaction throughout the process
