Here are the skills we are looking at for PEI associate
4+ years experience; latest in a mid-level role for a shared services/competence centre for Global IBD, Strategy Consultant or Big 4 based in India Worked in the financial/professional services industry and have a strong interest in this area Successfully managed a team size of >5 FTE Previous experience and affinity with the US PE market is a plus Intrigued by and experienced in detailed company analysis and research World-class communication skills
