- Minimum eligibility : Graduate / PG with 6 years of Contact center Experience ( INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS ) experience out OF Which 3+ years of Team Lead experience on papers is mandate. Should have managed a team on 15+ Members.
- Candidates Should be Having Experience is C-SAT ( Contract Center preferable in Insurance Process)
- Comp Ranges : Minimum salary : 5.8 Lac & Max salary can be offered to 8.5 lac.
- OK to work in 24/7 shifts and Night shift.

Roles and Responsibility:
- This position will require an individual who has a previous and demonstrated ability of
success in
– Proven people management skills
– Service delivery
– Quality Adherence
- Monitoring the effectiveness of a team of Process Associates.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and do various analyses to understand improvement
opportunities.
- Ability to interact with Customers and manage their queries.
- Providing day-to-day coordination on the activities of the team.
- Attending and responding to written/electronic correspondence.
- Performance reviews of the team members at regular intervals
- One to upgrade ones knowledge by taking up company sponsored Insurance exams certified by The Institutes if applicable
- Involve mentoring of Team members Require one to be involved with various Process
Improvement related projects to drive efficiencies in the team Involve mentoring of Team
members
Work Experience:
*Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in BPO/KPO industry.
*Candidate must have 1 year on papers experience as a Team Leader/Assistant Manager
and should be currently designated as a Team Leader/Assistant Manager and handled
team size of 10 FTEs .
