POSITION OVERVIEW: Physique 57 India is currently seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales & Client Servicing Associate (SaCS) at our newest studio locaon in Bangalore, India. As a front-line business driver and brand ambassador of Physique 57, the associate plays a pivotal role in delivering luxury customer service while maximizing studio sales. Under the direcon of the Head of Sales & Client Servicing, associates must demonstrate a profound understanding of our products, services, and merchandise, ensuring an exceponal and personalized experience for our clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • SALES: o Serve as a brand ambassador, effecvely promong Physique 57 India’s premier products and services to prospecve clients. o Engage proacvely with potenal clients, understanding their fitness aspiraons, and recommending tailored membership opons. o Conduct comprehensive sales consultaons, providing detailed insights into our offerings, and addressing client inquiries professionally. o Maintain meculous and up-to-date records of sales acvies, including leads, prospects, and conversions. o Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, acvely contribung to the overall revenue growth of the organizaon. o Connuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to deliver unparalleled service to clients. CLIENT SERVICING: o Provide exceponal customer service, ensuring an outstanding experience for all clients. o Assist clients with inquiries, promptly resolve concerns, and offer expert guidance on class schedules, membership details, and studio amenies. o Culvate and nurture client relaonships, fostering long-term loyalty through personalized interacons and aenve consideraon of individual needs. o Acvely listen to client feedback, promptly address concerns, and provide valuable insights to the management team for ongoing improvement. o Maintain accurate client records and databases, demonstrang meculous aenon to detail and maintaining utmost confidenality. o Collaborate seamlessly with other team members to ensure smooth operaons and consistently deliver high-quality service. • STUDIO OPERATIONS: o Work closely with the studio team to maintain an inving and impeccably organized environment for clients. o Assist in essenal administrave tasks such as class check-ins, membership renewals, and seamless processing of payments. o Uphold Physique 57 India’s stringent cleanliness standards, ensuring the studio maintains an impeccable appearance at all mes. o Support the successful implementaon of promoonal acvies and events, fostering client engagement and enhancing retenon. QUALIFICATIONS: . Availability to work a full-me schedule of 5 days per week, including Saturdays & Sundays. . Flexibility to accommodate a dynamic work schedule, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and on holidays. . Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in sales and client servicing, preferably within the fitness or hospitality industry. . Proven track record of consistently meeng or exceeding ambious sales targets. . Excellent communicaon and interpersonal skills, enabling effecve client engagement and relaonship- building. . Exceponal customer service orientaon, demonstrang a genuine passion for surpassing client expectaons. . Keen aenon to detail, along with exceponal organizaonal and multasking abilies. . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at adapng to changing priories. . Proficiency in ulizing computer systems, databases, and customer relaonship management (CRM) soware. .
