Job Overview
- Role: Analyst – Fraud & Risk Investigation
- Location: Bangalore
- Experience: 1+ Years (Relevant experience mandatory)
- Education: Any Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities
- Transaction Monitoring: Perform end-to-end assessment and analysis of customer CASA accounts. Review transaction patterns to determine if they align with the customers profile.
- Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR/STR): Research and identify suspicious or unusual activity on a daily basis while ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations.
- Case Assessment: Create ‘Search and Review’ assessment packets for global analysts to leverage during the review of potentially suspicious activities.
- Research & Investigation: Use public domains, database search services, and external data to research entities or individuals. Conduct background investigations as required.
- Risk Management: Manage daily escalation queues, handling complex or exception cases from business operations teams.
- Compliance: Stay current on industry trends and “Red Flags” related to AML to ensure efficient identification and monitoring of suspicious transactions.

- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for reporting and documentation.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong logical thinking and decision-making abilities to identify subtle fraud patterns.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Must be a Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in:
- Fraud Investigation / Fraud Detection
- Transaction Monitoring / Risk Investigation
- SAR / AML / KYC
