Shift Timings : Rotational Shift & Fixed off.
Work Location: Bangalore
Salary Package : 5.75lpa
Rounds of Interviews : HR round / Voice & Accent / Manager Round
Graduate Qualifications : Any Graduates/undergraduates with experience can apply.
Experience Needed : Experience in International BPO / Call Centre / Client Servicing / Customer Service / Technical Support.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :
Customer Focus
- Take ownership of each customer while empathizing and prioritizing customer needs.
- Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations.
- Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building.
Problem Solving Skills
- Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
- Make appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively.
- Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct research as needed.
Required Candidate profile:
Candidates who are with relevant experience can apply
*Possess good analytical skills – detail oriented.
*Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.
*Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel.
*Have a good attitude – should be committed to the work.
Note : Candidates should have experience in international voice process and work location is Bangalore , However candidate should be fine relocating to Bangalore.
