Process Name: Inside Sales Executive (Hindi Mandatory)
Shift Timings: Day shift
Work Location : Bangalore
Experience : 1 to 6yrs
Salary Package : 7 lakh(Unlimited Incentives)
Rounds of Interviews : Sales Manager round /AD round
Graduate Qualifications : Any Graduates.
Post-Graduate Qualifications : Any Post-Graduates
Experience Needed : Experience should be in Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Cold Calling / International Sales / Key Account Management / Product Sales / Educational sales / Corporate Sales / Channel Sales / Revenue Generation / Client Relationship Management / B2B Sales / B2C Sales. ( Preferable in Educational Industry )
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone
- Present product solutions virtually.
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
- Respond quickly to assigned leads (No cold calling targets)
- Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Preferred Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing)
- 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales. • Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi.
- Good negotiation and pitching skills required.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
- Ed-tech experience is an added advantage
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
- Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
