Role involves supporting enterprise customer Data Centre Technologies.
Monitoring Infra monitoring tools, consoles, mailbox and ticketing in ITSM tool.
Receiving customer calls and logging tickets in ITSM tool.
Event management for the tickets, following up with internal teams, customers and vendors.
Responsible in meeting resolution SLA.
Prepare reports – daily / weekly/ monthly reports.
