Job Description
Team Lead – Project Coordination
- Is the shift in charge for a particular product group, across clients.
- Ensures optimum productivity is achieved in a particular shift by closely monitoring breaktime of all PCs and by overseeing the progress of the day’s deliveries.
- Assists the Project Manager with IMR research and is the backup for IMR research in the absence of the Project Manager
- In charge of attending to and tackling escalations in his/her shift
- Accountable for on-time delivery strictly respecting project milestones, procedures and client specifications
- Proactively identify potential issues/problems with the project, formulate responses and solutions in a resourceful manner in their respective shifts
- Escalate production issues to the respective team leadership and follow up until the solution is found
- Drills down to a job level, ensuring adequate progress of projects
- Running a daily report from the Table Dashboard and monitoring clients across the product daily. This overlaps with the PM check, since it needs to be run in all shifts.
- Updating and monitoring the Work Division tracker, is responsible for scheduling and rescheduling (in case of absenteeism) work for the PCs
- Point of contact for their shifts for all production matters
- Assist PCs with troubleshooting and roadblocks on their projects
- Follow up on projects when PCs need help, this includes when redistributing work when a PC is on leave and no more bandwidth is available
- Execute PoAs created by the team, to ensure the optimal workflows are carried out on time through production
- Mentor all PCs in the group after the first 12 months of tenure, to the Project Lead role, which is a role carried out on rotation for important projects
- Work closely with the Group Manager to absorb tasks, when the Project Manager is on leave
- Drives continuous improvement in the database and applications for increased automation and quality processes
- Work with the PMs to ensure the performance review for all new employees are submitted to the HR in time
- Remains flexible and proactively helps as needed in any area of need
- Excellent, transparent and timely communication skills
- Attend production calls as needed
