2) ELIGIBILITY :
Course: BE/ B. Tech in Engineering
Aggregate Percentage: 60% or above in Graduation
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field
Entrance Exam: SPG-CET (for candidates with less than one year of relevant work experience)
Interview: HR & Technical Rounds
Branches: • Group 1: Mechanical/ Automobile/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Group 2: IT/ IS/ CS Engineering
• Group 3: E&C/ EEE/ Production Engineering
Certifications: Related to the relevant branch of Engineering. One has to produce a course
completion certificate to substantiate their knowledge.
3) PROGRAM COMPOSITION :
Language: Nihongo (Japanese Language) – N5, N4 and N3 levels
Letter of Offer: • “Provisional Letter of Offer” issued by SilverPeak Global
• “Conditional Letter of Offer” issued by the recruiting company
Visa Type: Work Visa (Visa normally takes between 45 to 60 days to be processed from
completion of course/ N3 Exam/ Letter of Offer from the Organisation)
Job Interviews: • Final Placement interviews commence from the fourth month of the program/ on
completion of N4 certification exam
• N3 certification is a must to travel to Japan. Interviews shall be in Nihongo
• Candidate has to report to work immediately on issue of CoE and Visa
Salary: • Salaries start from JPY 2,05,000/- per month (all emoluments extra, taxes not
deducted)
• Over-time (OT) Allowance (maximum 30 Hrs per months, paid in premium)
