Hiring graduate/undergraduate, fresher/experienced for HR Recruiter in Rivera Manpower Services
Looking for excellent communication in English.
1. Expertise in recruitment. End to end recruitment for top notch companies
2. Sourcing, screening , interview scheduling & coordination , negotiating compensation packages, etc.
3. Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.
4. Should have had worked on major job portals & social networking tool and other classified job sites.
5. Ensuring a good offer to join ratio.
Key Skills Required :
1. Excellent Communication Skills, good convincing skill, analysing skill and market analysing skill.
2. Should be target driven and able to handle pressure.
3. Should be a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organisation.
4. Should be a self motivator and work as a independent contributor.
