Process:  Chat  Support(Non voice)
Job Description: This a complete non voice process,handling the customer queries related to the mobile applications, through mails and chat, providing them the proper feed back  and the resolution
Qualification: Any graduates / Post graduates
Experience: Minimum of 1 Year exp in customer service (Chat process)
Salary: upto 3.5 lacs plus incentive
Shifts: Rotational Shifts+ Two Way Cab Provided
