Role: Role involves outbound calling and sales / Customer Support

Education:   Graduation mandatory ( any graduates)

Shift :  Day shift

Experience : 1 to 4 years in BD role / Customer Support.

Languages:  Hindi & English Mandatory

○ Reach out to merchants leads through cold calling and convert them to long term customers.

○ Promote & Sell PhonePe services(Switch platform) using solid arguments to prospective merchants.

○ Establish & develop positive business relationships.

○ Coordinate integration efforts with Tech, BD and Ops teams.

○ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule time.

○ Supply management with reports/information on merchant needs, updates, problems, interests during go live process.

○ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Eligibility Criteria:

● Should be a graduate

● Should have a minimum experience of 1 year

● Specific experience required:  â—‹ Calling Experience:

■ Communicating with merchant over call or email

■ Ability to have basic sales pitch providing info and benefits of products and service platform
Sales calling executive experience will be a plus
