Shift Timings: Rotational Shift ( Fix Sat & Sun off )
Work Location : Bangalore
Salary Package : 15000-18000k +Night shift allowance upto 7000
Rounds of Interviews : HR round / Test / Manager Round
Graduate Qualifications : Only Commerce Graduates( Fresher’s and experience can apply )
Roles and Responsibility:
- Work profile would be for Insurance and F&A related process.
- All processes are non-voice and back end operations
- Employee will be interacting only with clients and not customers using computers and
internet extensively.
- Working on web-based applications
- Viewing and capturing details on system
- Using computers and internet extensively

- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Are good team players, independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-
motivated and able to adapt in new challenges
- Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA
- Viewing and capturing details on system
Required Candidate profile :
- Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate.
- Good academic record (50% or above).
- BBM, BBA, BA, MBA, BCom, MCom graduates and Post Graduates with 50% aggregate and no backlogs.
- Graduation & PG aggregate should be above 50%.
- CA,CS and LLB candidates are not eligible.
- Candidates with relevant experience can apply
Possess good analytical skills – detail oriented
Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel
Have a good attitude – should be committed to the work
