Shift Timings: 5.30 PM – 2.30 AM
Work Location: Bangalore
Salary Package: Upto 3.5 lacs (Experienced)/ Upto 2.75 lacs Freshers
Rounds of Interviews: HR round / Aptitude / Manager Round
Graduate Qualifications: Any Graduates
Post-Graduate Qualifications: Any Post-Graduates
Experience Needed: Min 1 year experience in International BPO / Call Center / Client Servicing / Customer Service / Technical Support / Marketing / Sales / KPO / ITES or any other relevant domain can apply

Required Candidate profile

- Have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
- Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Should be able to speak in English and Hindi
- Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory
