JOB DESPRIPTION :
Connecting with customers through Inbound/Outbound calls regarding Credit Card payments
- Making outbound collections calls – 1st Bucket Collections onwards.
- Providing solutions & payment arrangements to Customers
- A strong motivation for client service / customer satisfaction.
- Adherence to prescribed quality, productivity and compliance standards.
- Assist in resolving escalated issues
- Ability to gel well with a diverse team of high performing individuals
